We want you to be completely satisfied with your blinds, shades, or shutters. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’ll work with you to find a solution.

How It Works
  • Reach out to us within 60 days of delivery to let us know if there is anything you are not satisfied with on your order
  • We will work with you to find an alternative product, color, feature, or size that better suits your needs.
  • If we’re not able to find something that you are completely happy with, we will authorize a return of your products back to us for a refund of your total order value, minus the handling fee, up to $500 maximum, per our 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

    • Place an order for your ten top color/material options, and we'll mail them to you for free.
    • Ordering physical sample swatches ensures you are able to see the color exactly how it’ll come on your final product. Sometimes, phone and computer monitors can distort colors due to settings, giving you the wrong impression of a color or texture.
  • Order just one product the first time
    • Is this your first time ordering with us? We’re not pushy sales people trying to get you to add more to your order! We encourage you to start with just one product first to make sure everything about it is the right fit for your space before proceeding with a larger quantity order.
  • Read our Measuring Instructions
    • Just like how clothing stores can have different fits for the same size, each of our products has specific measuring instructions!
    • Be sure to read the detailed measuring instructions for your specific product, and follow them as closely as possible.

Blindster is committed to providing you with the highest quality of products and ensuring you're a happy customer. That's why we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your new blinds, shades, or shutters, we promise to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. If we're unable to make you happy, we will assist you with returning your order for an exchange or refund.

Please note that all of our products are custom made and cannot be resold to other customers, which is why we donate all returns to charity. For this reason, the maximum refund allowed under this guarantee is $500. The $500 maximum refund is applicable to the same person, household, or address, within any 12-month period.

We want to make sure you're aware that return shipping costs, oversize freight fees, and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, this offer cannot be combined with our Fit-or-Free Guarantee or any other offer. Please note that this offer is not available on closeout products, LEVOLOR products, and commercial or dealer orders.
