Can I order color samples of your shades?

Yes, you can order free color samples of all our products – in fact we encourage it! Ordering samples will let you see the color and opacity in person as part of your ordering process. Order up to 10 free samples from any product page, or see our full assortment on our free samples page.

If I place an order today, when can I expect to receive it?

All our products are custom-made to your specifications once you place your order. Production times vary by product, usually between 2-10 business days. Although we cannot guarantee an exact ship date, we do provide you with an estimated ship date for each product based on current production times, which you can find noted on each product page and for each item in your shopping cart and order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, allow an additional 1-5 business days until delivery. A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address notifying you of what has shipped and will include tracking information for each item. Most orders are delivered within 1 - 2 1/2 weeks after the order is placed.

Can I return my order?

Since each order is custom made, returns are only accepted with prior authorization. Please contact us first to receive approval for your return. Do not return blinds to the factory, we will provide shipping instructions with the return authorization. If delivery of an order is refused for any reason other than shipping damage, the order is not eligible for a refund. Oversize freight fees and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Premium sheer shades, closeout products, commercial and dealer orders cannot be returned for a refund.

How do your products compare with the well-known national brands?

We sell only top-quality products that are comparable to the national brands brands – without the high price tag!. Every product we offer is covered by both a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and a limited warranty. In fact, most of our products are made by the same factories as the name brand products.

Do you charge for shipping my order?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free unless your order contains an oversized item. Horizontal blinds and shades 94" in width or greater, vertical blinds 94" in width or height and greater, and all shutter orders are charged a flat $85 oversize freight fee per order. Oversize freight fees are non-refundable. The freight fee is a one-time charge per order, meaning if your order contains several oversized items or multiple shutters, you will pay the fee only once.

Can I exchange my order?

Every blind and shade we sell is custom made to your specifications, including size, color and options, so unfortunately, we cannot directly exchange a product. However, if you made a mistake on your order, or if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know! We have a Fit-or-Free Guarantee for mis-measured blinds, as well as a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to make sure you're happy with your new blinds.

How precisely should I measure my window?

You should always measure carefully so that we make your blinds just the right size to fit your window perfectly! Use a steel measuring tape and measure to the nearest 1/8". For most inside mount blinds and shades, you'll need to measure the width in three places (top, middle and bottom of the window) and use the smallest width, rounding down to the nearest 1/8". You'll also usually measure the height in three places (left, middle, right), and use the longest measurement. However, follow the step-by-step measuring instructions provided for each product to get the exact measurements required.

Do you ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally?

No, we can only ship orders to the 48 contiguous states of the USA.

What if I have a warranty issue with my blinds?

All of our products include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your blind is not functioning properly please contact us so we can review the issue and determine the best way to assist you.

What if I make a mistake on my measurements?

We know everyone makes mistakes! Under our Fit-or-Free® Guarantee, if you made a mistake in measuring and your blinds don't fit, just let us know within 60 days of delivery and we'll remake them in the sizes you need free of charge – you only pay for shipping. If I pay for my order with a credit card, when will my card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order. All our products are custom-made to your specifications, so we require payment in full before production of your order begins.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it is placed?

Accepted Answer

Production of your order usually starts the first business day after we receive it. We must be notified within one business day from the time your order is placed to cancel or make any changes. Since your order is custom made to your specifications, it can't be changed once in production.

How can I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of your order on our order tracking page using your order number and email address. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information within 24-48 hours.
